Every internal step is kept only if an instrument can record, measure or visualize it — and each method is graded separately from the story attached to it. Physics (osmosis, pressure, radius, crystallization) is written next to the chemistry it changes, and the immune sequence is read as a clock.
Confidence: high inside each measured module; medium across modules in a single human; low wherever a review sentence was the only available link — those are marked as inference.
